Imperial Health + Wellbeing
The client
The Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust provides healthcare for nearly two million people and has five hospitals in northwest London. The Trust works with the occupational health and wellbeing department, which supports the staff working at the Trust.
The challenge
As much of the occupational health team’s time was taken up with responding to easy-to-answer questions, the department needed a platform through which information could be quickly and easily disseminated to staff.
Working closely with clinicians, we developed content, self-help pathways and a knowledge base centred on common issues and frequently asked questions. The website was created using Agile Project Management, requirements capture and analysis, responsive web design, content management system modification, bespoke application development, usability testing and full stack browser and device testing.
Since the website launch, we have continued to promote the services of the department and actively engage the Trust's staff and clients via social media, content creation and SEO activities.
The results
Since we began running the digital marketing activities for Imperial Health + Wellbeing, the website has seen a significant increase in web traffic and a decrease in its bounce rate. Continuous development of the platform has meant that other trusts and CCGs are now also utilising this service.
